Registration process

Registration opens on 1 January each year

To apply you need to complete Registration details for which you will receive an acknowledgement email.

Once registration closes we will contact you to let you know if you have been successful and ask you to pay the £65 administration fee. Details of how to pay will be in the email.

Once your payment is received, we will contact you by email to provide the following information for the Art Trail Guide and Website:
A brief description of your work for the Art Trail Guide
A bio about you, your work and what inspires you for the website
A photo of you – a self-portrait or at work in your studio
3 x photos of your work (photos should be good quality images not more than 2mb in size)
The address where you will be exhibiting your work, contact telephone number, web address (if you have one), Instagram/Facebook address.

You need to submit these by the 21st March 2025.
